Organizational Membership Tier 1 - $250.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 4 members) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Who should apply: Healthcare facilities (including hospitals, nursing homes, public health, mental health facilities, community centers, etc.), nonprofit organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, and other organizations.

Gross operating revenue less than $4 million = $250.00

Each organization is entitled to four votes, with one vote through the designated representative as reflected on the membership books.

Student Membership - Free Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Active students enrolled in any health-related training program.

Voting: This is a non-voting membership.
